Jennifer PalusJennifer Palus has managed both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of marketing programs for more than two decades. Her career spans a variety of industries, including retail, wholesale distribution, consumer goods, financial services, and consulting. Her specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, trend analysis, data management, business intelligence, and marketing communications.

Jennifer created and managed a consulting practice within RAPP from 2000‐2004. In 2004, she created Palus Business Consulting and she has worked on dozens of marketing consulting engagements, including projects for Aegis, American Greetings, Best Buy, Famous Footwear, Converge Direct, Didit, H‐E‐B, Harrah’s Entertainment, Harland Clarke, Hewlett‐Packard, Hollywood Video, Humana, Hunt Big Sales, Mercedes Benz, The New York Knicks, Novartis, Sam’s Club, Select Comfort, SunTrust, Synergetic, Time Warner Cable, Toyota, Walmart, and White Cloud.

Jennifer is the sole instructor for the Artifactory Level 1 & 2 Academy workshops. Jennifer helps Academy clients create sales tools that directly support the strategy and process taught in the Big Sale Factory workshops.
