We’d love to tell you the story of Hunt Big Sales.


It all started when founder Tom Searcy visited an Inuit museum in the northwestern United States. Immediately he could see the analogy between the ancient Inuit whale hunts and the perennial desire of every salesperson to land the big “whale.” From this came the book, Whale Hunting: How to Land Big Sales and Transform Your Company, devoted to helping companies achieve rapid sales growth.

Tom’s years of experience as CEO for fast growing companies allowed him to use the metaphor in ways that appealed to companies desiring rapid growth and gave them tools to guarantee its sustainability.

Tom’s new company is Hunt Big Sales. The name was chosen to reflect the proactive approach needed to land sales and to give us the opportunity to engage with a broader spectrum of people and companies whose businesses are poised for big sales. Tom and his staff are never happier than when their clients — people they’ve come to know and respect greatly — are successful in landing big sales.
