Eric Protzman is founder and president of Aim Direct Marketing, expert-marketing innovators specializing in business to business selling, and a consultant and coach for Hunt Big Sales. Protzman has decades of experience in large account sales, national account sales, process development, business reengineering, business design, product development, channel partner development, manufacturing, product marketing, cultural imprinting and executive leadership. All this gathered from thirty years of Fortune 500 corporate experience at Honeywell and Lennox as well as his own company, Aim Direct Marketing.

In 1995 Protzman created Aim Direct Marketing with Tom Searcy to solve the persistent issue of innovative goods and services failing to find success in the marketplace. Protzman used the Hunt Big Sales methodology to rapidly grow his company and is a demonstrated example that successful selling is a byproduct of disciplined people using good processes, not magic. He now teaches this process to Hunt Big Sales clients each year.

Protzman loves teaching both in industry and the classroom. Having traveled extensively in Asia, North America and Europe, Eric has been able to observe and integrate many of the strongest geo-economic, business, political and cultural trends and changes in our globalizing atmosphere into his work with businesses and organizations.
